Bruce achieved his Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics and Physics with Honours and Distinction. He also earned his Master’s Degree in Computer Science with Distinction in Research as a departmental scholar within four years at Stanford University in California.

Throughout his academic career, he has collaborated with leading scholars and researchers at esteemed institutions such as the University of California San Francisco, Columbia University, Stanford University School of Medicine, and various high-tech companies in Silicon Valley. Bruce is an enthusiastic mentor who is passionate about instilling a love of learning in his students that lasts a lifetime.

Byron got his BSc, BEng, and MFinMath degrees from the University of New South Wales in Math and Engineering and went on to achieve a Graduate Certificate from Stanford University in Financial Engineering.

Byron has 13+ years of teaching experience and has taught the following:

  • A-Level Mathematics
  • Pure Mathematics and Statistics
  • IB Math
  • Pure Mathematics and programming
  • AP Math

In addition to preparing students for their exams, Byron dedicates himself to teaching how to learn as well as what to learn. He is wonderful for students who already love math and want to push their knowledge past the textbook requirements.

In the past, Byron worked as a system analyst to develop a Psychometric e-learning system in Hong Kong Science Park and worked as a quant analyst to develop mathematical models in a fund house.

Henry received his B.S. in Mathematics (Magna Cum Laude) from Binghamton University, New York; and his M.Sc. in Mathematics for Educators from Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, Mathematics for Educators”

With 5 years of teaching experience, Henry is an expert in teaching all of the following:

  • Math: SSAT, SAT, AP Calculus, IGCSE, ISEE
  • College level: Pre-calculus, Single Variable Calculus, Linear Algebra, Ordinary Differential Equation

Henry was invited to be a teaching assistant from his professor when he finished his sophomore year in college. After he completed college in the US, he went back to Hong Kong and worked as a math instructor in a learning center for a year before enrolling in HKUST to pursue his master’s degree. He was also hired by HKUST to be a full-time math instructional assistant after the first semester, in which he was assigned to conduct tutorial sections and supplementary lectures for undergraduate math classes such as single variable calculus and linear algebra.

Henry’s interest is swimming and playing magic.

Najeeb received his B.S. in Applied Mathematics from State University of NY Polytechnic Institute and went on to get an M.S. in Operations Research from North Carolina State University and another M.S. in Analytics from Louisiana State University.  Additionally, he is a “Master Certified Level III Tutor” from the College Reading and Learning Association in the USA.

He started tutoring as a freshman in the USA, and with 17 years of full-time teaching experience in the USA, Saudi Arabia, and Hong Kong, Najeeb has taught the following:
